This puppy is a LIFETIME
commitment. If for ANY reason during ANY time of the life of the dog, you
cannot or will not be able to take care of the dog, you are by law, legally
bound to turn possession over to Beth Noble for her to place in a adequate home
for the animal to be taken care of. Puppy will be returned at the expense
of the owner without guarantee of any money returned. Each case will be
handled individually and examined.
This puppy is
guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and free from visible signs
of infectious, contagious or communicable diseases.
A veterinary finding of intestinal or external parasites shall not be grounds for declaring this puppy unfit for purchase unless the puppy is clinically ill due to such condition.
A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 48 hours of delivery. Should there be a problem the breeder’s veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be exchanged for the original puppy. There will be no cash or credit refunds. West Georgia Bullies offers replacement only.
Breeder must be notified at once at the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report from the veterinarian.
We guarantee the puppy to be free from life-threatening congenital defects for one year from date of birth.
If the puppy is proved to have a congenital defect within one year and is returned to the breeder, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. The breeder will pay shipping on the replacement puppy.
All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by the breeder.
No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been spayed, neutered, or euthanized without the breeder’s permission.
Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be on comparable bloodlines. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same exact parents of the original puppy.
There are certain disorders that may be caused be environmental factors for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered in this guarantee.

It is further understood that no guarantee or representation has been made with respect to the sold puppy except as set forth in writing in this agreement.

If the buyer slanders, threatens, defames, makes any accusations including false through email, online, any form of social media, facebook, twitter, instagram in any form, the buyer will be subjected to a fine of $3000 plus court and lawyer fees.

In the event of any
litigation pertaining to the puppy covered by this Health Guarantee and Sales
Agreement, both the Breeder and the Purchaser shall assume exclusive
responsibility for their own attorney's fees and costs. This Health Guarantee
and Sales Agreement is hereby entered into exclusively and wholly executed in
the State of Georgia and litigation arising from any possible breach of this
Health Guarantee and Sales Agreement shall be exclusively adjudicated in the
County of Douglas, in the State of Georgia, exclusively under Georgia law. All
parties hereby submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts.
Should any provision of this agreement be held invalid, illegal or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Please note:
we will NOT tolerate charge-backs. Any charge-backs will be reported to a
collection agency, after which it will be reported to all collections agencies
as an unpaid debt until it’s paid in full.
