**RETURN AGREEMENT** I am signing this to acknowledge that for ANY reason, in the life of the bulldog _______________, I am agreeing to return the dog to West Georgia Bullies to be placed into a home.  I agree that I will not receive or am I guaranteed any money in return for the animal.  I agree that I am legally bound to give West Georgia Bullies the first right of refusal before offering he/she to anyone else.  Signed ________________________________

Deposits are refundable only when a puppy of the above sex, color, and description is not available from the stated litter. No deposit will be refunded if buyer changes his/her mind for any reason.
The seller has the right to cancel this contract at any time before puppy pick up (with return of deposit), if seller deems circumstances are warranted. (If puppy is paid in full, seller will return full purchase price.) This refund is only applicable if seller cancels this contract.
 Seller may sell any puppy held past the date of _________________________________ (unless prior arrangement has been made in writing) with buyer forfeiting deposit and all claim to puppy. If puppy has been paid in full, seller will return purchase price, minus deposit. Any expenses incurred by seller shall be deducted from any monies owed to buyer.
